Wow, I’m slacking —
Okay so I’ve crocheted quite a bit lately, haven’t added any of it here for some reason… So here’s my most recently finished project, a cute little mini deadmau5.
My next project? A Gir hat. You know, Gir from Invader Zim? Its gonna be friggin cute!

I wish I could, but there is no pattern
I just kinda went with the flow, borrowed aspects of different amigurumi patterns I’d seen. The ears are starched like crazy to make them stay. The eyes are a little plastic ball, cut in two, with felt over them. The mouth, again, felt. Couldn’t even begin to explain how I did it, and I probably couldn’t do it again if I tried lol. All I can say is experiment. That’s what I did. 
Ah. Well thanks for the tips. I found a teddy bear pattern I can try and just make the ears the way they need to be and use felt for the mouth and stuff. Thanks again. I hope your gir hat turned out epicly awesome. i love gir.

The gir hat is on hold right now. I got pissed off at it so I’m taking a little break. Its starting to get ungodly cold here though so… I guess its time to pick it back up again haha.
i finished the whole body and such for my little guy but i got irritated with the ears so i gave up for a little bit and now im going to take it on again. are you making gir or doggy gir?
Yeah the ears are annoying. I used a tonnnn of starch and even a little bit of watered down glue. Then I put toothpicks through the ears in an X shape so they held their place til it dried. They’re still slightly floppy. Finally posted the Gir hat by the way.
