I used a tonnnn of starch and even a little bit of watered down glue. Then I put toothpicks through the ears in an X shape so they held their place til it dried. They're still slightly floppy. Well thanks for the tips. I found a teddy bear pattern I can try and just make the ears the way they need to be and use felt for the mouth and stuff. Thanks again. The ears are starched like crazy to make them stay. The eyes are a little plastic ball, cut in two, with felt over them. The mouth, again, felt. Couldn't even begin to explain how I did it, and I probably couldn't do it again if I tried lol. All I can say is experiment.
